When brain, nervous system or spinal cord injury or illness changes your ability to walk, the Bioness® L300 Foot Drop System can help. This technology uses functional electrical stimulation to send movement signals that the brain would typically send.

The wireless system senses when your foot is on or off the ground. The unit sends electronic signals to tell your muscles and nerves to lift your foot, helping you walk more naturally. Our specialists adjust the sequencing of the electrical impulses based on your individual needs.

Using the L300 system, you can significantly enhance your range of motion and muscle strength. The device's electrical stimulation also promotes improved blood flow, increases flexibility, prevents muscle atrophy and helps retrain your muscles for better function and recovery.

Cognitive therapy focuses on improving cognitive functions such as memory, attention and problem-solving. Our personalized approach includes evaluations, tailored therapy plans and coping strategies to help patients regain mental and physical independence while managing emotional challenges.
